PTS: GS.III.I.I.ii: And what, monks, is the power of the fear of blame?
Herein, monks, the Ariyan disciple is afraid of blame; he is afraid of the blame that comes when acting wrongly in deed, word and thought; on entering on an evil and wrong states. This, monks, is called the power of the fear of blame.
