What five?

Lengthened life.[1]

Enduring energy.[2]

Little illness.

Getting optimum digestion of what is eaten, drunk, consumed, tasted.

Serenity got pacing is long-lasting.

 


[1] Addhānakkhamo. PED: Path, road, or Journey, but also time. Time-enduring, lasting, hardening. The other translators settle on 'conditions for travel'.
