With reference to the Mulapariyaya, — and I have no authority for this other than as it is the way I learned this from certain of my teachers whose credentials it would be very hard to check — I believe somehow "sabba" has been substituted for "Sassata" where the idea of the eternal, perpetual, the doctrine that soul and world are eternal, would fit better ... that is, in the sequence: ekatta, oneness; nanatta, diversity; s.; and Nibbana.
