Tatra kho Bhagavā bhikkhū āmantesi:|| ||

"Bhikkhavo" ti.|| ||

"Bhadante" ti te bhikkhū Bhagavato paccassosuɱ.|| ||

Bhagavā etad avoca:|| ||

2. "Cattārome bhikkhave kālā.|| ||

Katame cattāro?|| ||

Kālena dhammasavaṇaɱ,||
kālena dhammasākacachā,||
kālena samatho,||
kālena vipassanā.|| ||
