Ekaɱ samayaɱ Bhagavā Sāvatthiyaɱ viharati||
Jetavane Anāthapiṇḍikassa ārāme.|| ||

Tatra kho Bhagavā bhikkhu āmantesi:|| ||

"Bhikkhavo" ti.|| ||

"Bhadante" ti te bhikkhū Bhagavato paccassosuɱ.|| ||

Bhagavā etad avoca:|| ||

2. "Cha yimāni bhikkhave anussatiṭṭhānāni.|| ||

Katamāni cha?|| ||

Buddhānussati,||
dhammānussati,||
saŋghānussati,||
sīlānussati,||
cāgānussati,||
devatānussati.|| ||

Imāni kho bhikkhave cha anussatiṭṭhānāni" ti.|| ||
