Ekaɱ samayaɱ Bhagavā Sāvatthiyaɱ viharati.|| ||

Tatra kho Bhagavā bhikkhū āmantesi:|| ||

Bhikkhavo ti.|| ||

Bhadante ti te bhikkhū Bhagavato paccassosuɱ.|| ||

Bhagavā etad avoca:|| ||

Satt'ime bhikkhave puggalā āhuneyyā,||
pāhuneyyā,||
dakkhiṇeyyā,||
añjalikaraṇiyā,||
anuttaraɱ puññakkhettaɱ lokassa.|| ||

Katame satta?|| ||

Ubhatobhāgavimutto,||
paññāvimutto,||
kāyasakkhi,||
diṭṭhappatto,||
saddhāvimutto,||
dhammānusārī,||
saddhānusārī.|| ||

Ime kho bhikkhave satta puggalā āhuneyyā,||
pāhuneyyā,||
dakkhiṇeyyā,||
añjalikaraṇīyā,||
