Dutiya Āhuneyyabhikkhu Suttaɱ

Ekaɱ samayaɱ Bhagavā Sāvatthiyaɱ viharati
Jetavane Anāthapiṇḍikassa ārāme.|| ||

Tatra kho Bhagavā bhikkhū āmantesi:|| ||

'Bhikkhavo' ti.|| ||

'Bhadante' ti te bhikkhū Bhagavato paccassosuɱ.|| ||

Bhagavā etad avoca:|| ||

2. Aṭṭhahi bhikkhave dhammehi samannāgato bhikkhu āhuneyyo hoti pāhuneyyo dakkhiṇeyyo añjalikaraṇīyo anuttaraɱ puññakkhettaɱ lokassa.|| ||

Katamehi aṭṭhahi?|| ||

3. Idha, bhikkhave, bhikkhu sīlavā hoti,||
pātimokkha-saɱvarasaɱvuto viharati,||
ācāragocarasampanno aṇumattesu vajjesu bhayadassāvī||
samādāya sikkhati sikkhāpadesu.|| ||

4. Bahussuto hoti sutadharo sutasannicayo.|| ||

Ye te dhammā ādikalyāṇā majjhekalyāṇā pariyosānakalyāṇā sātthā savyañjanā kevalaparipuṇṇā parisuddhaɱ brahmacariyaɱ abhivadanti.|| ||

Tathārūpāssa dhammā bahussutā honti dhatā vacasā paricitā manasānupekkhitā diṭiṭhiyā suppaṭividdhā;|| ||

5. Āraddhaviriyo viharati thāmavā daḷhaparakkamo anikkhittadhuro kusalesu dhammesu.|| ||

6. Arraññako hoti pantasenāsano.|| ||

7. Aratiratisaho hoti uppannaɱ aratiɱ abhibhuyya abhibhuyya viharati.|| ||

8. Bhayabheravasaho hoti uppannam bayabheravaɱ abbibhuyya abhibhuyya viha- [292] rati.|| ||

9. Catunnaɱ jhānānam abhicetasikānaɱ diṭṭhadhamma-sukhavihārānaɱ nikāmalābhī hoti||
akicchalābhī akasiralābhī;|| ||

10. Āsavānaɱ khayā anāsavaɱ ceto vimuttiɱ paññā-vimuttiɱ diṭṭhe va dhamme sayaɱ abhiññā sacchikatvā upasampajja viharati.|| ||

Imehi kho bhikkhave, aṭṭhahi dhammehi samannāgato bhikkhu āhuneyyo hoti, pāhuneyyo, dakkhineyyo, añjalikaraṇīyo, anuttaraɱ puññakkhettaɱ lokassā' ti.|| ||
