Ekaɱ samayaɱ Bhagavā Sāvatthiyaɱ viharati.|| ||

Tatra kho Bhagavā bhikkhū āmantesi:|| ||

'Bhikkhavo' ti.|| ||

'Bhadante' ti te bhikkhū Bhagavato paccassosuɱ.|| ||

Bhagavā etad avoca:|| ||

Aṭṭh'ime bhikkhave, anariyavohārā.|| ||

Katame aṭṭha?|| ||

Adiṭṭhe diṭṭhavāditacā,||
asute sutavāditā,||
amute mutavāditā,||
aviññāte viññātavāditā,||
diṭṭhe adiṭṭhavāditi,||
sute asutavāditā,||
mute amutavāditā,||
viññāte aviññātavāditā.|| ||

Imā kho bhikkhave, aṭṭha anariyavohārā ti.|| ||
