Dānā-Nisaŋsa Suttaŋ

Ekaŋ samayaŋ Bhagavā bhikkhu āmantesi:|| ||

"Bhikkhavo" ti.|| ||

"Bhadante" ti te bhikkhū Bhagavato paccassosuŋ.|| ||

Bhagavā etad avoca:|| ||

Pañc'ime bhikkhave dāne ānisaŋsā.|| ||

Katame pañca?|| ||

Bahuto janassa piyo hoti manāpo.|| ||

Santo sappurisā bhajanti.|| ||

Kalyāņo kittisaddo abbhuggacchati.|| ||

Gihīdhammā anapeto hoti.|| ||

Kāyassa bhedā param maraņā sugatiŋ saggaŋ lokaŋ upapajjati.|| ||

Ime kho bhikkhave pañca dāne ānisaŋsāti.|| ||

 

Dadamāno piyo hoti sataŋ dhammaŋ anukkamaŋ,||
Santo naŋ sadā bhajanti saññatā brāhmacārayo.|| ||

Te tassa dhammaŋ desenti sabbadukkhāpanūdanaŋ,||
yaŋ so dhammaŋ idhaññāya parinibbāti anāsavo" ti.|| ||
