Very-man Dhamma and Its Opposite
Translated from the Pali by F. L. Woodward, M.A.
 THUS have I heard:
Once the Exalted One addressed the monks, saying:
"Yes, lord," they replied, and the Exalted One said:
"Monks, I will teach you what is not the dhamma of the very-man and the dhamma of the very-man.
Do ye listen to it.
Pay attention carefully and I will speak."
"We will, sir," replied those monks to the Exalted One,
who said this:
"And what, monks, is not the dhamma of the very-man?
This is called "what is not the dhamma of the very-man"
And what, monks, is the Dhamma of the very-man?
This is called 'the Dhamma of the very-man'."
